Popular hamburger chain In-N-Out® has purchased a 71.6k sf industrial building in the Portland area. The property is located at 18205-18365 NE Sandy Blvd, within Portland Portal III in Gresham. The facility is part of a larger industrial development completed in May 2024 by Panattoni Development Company.
In-N-Out® plans to utilize the newly acquired space to serve the Portland market, creating new jobs and expanding its footprint in the region. The company is known for its commitment to quality and customer service and this new location will further enhance its ability to deliver.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Keegan Clay, Aaron Watt and Brad Carnese represented the seller in the transaction. The remaining 145.1k sf building at Portland Portal III is available for sale or lease.
