BKM Capital Partners Closes $168 Mil AZ Industrial Purchase

BKM Capital Partners acquired an eight-property industrial portfolio from an affiliate of Equus Capital Partners Ltd in a $167.85 mil ($189/sf) transaction. The purchase consists of 889.4k sf of space in 46 buildings throughout the Phoenix area.

The portfolio includes:

• Elwood Industrial Park at 4202 East Elwood St in Phoenix
• Roeser Commerce Center at 3702 East Roeser Rd in Phoenix
• Buttes Business Center at 2105–2231 South 48th St in Tempe,
• Expressway Corporate Center at 3015, 3101 - 3131 South Park Drive, 3010, 3110 and 3120 South Potter Drive, 2307 and 2315 West Fairmont Drive in Tempe
• Harl Industrial Park at 7425 South Harl Avenue in Tempe
• Mineral Road at1520 West Mineral Road and 6900 South Priest Drive in Tempe,
• Priest/Excel Business Park at 1302 West 23rd St and 2121–2127 South Priest Dr in Tempe
• Tempe Commerce Center at 124-125 and 136 West Orion St, 6100 South Maple Ave, 6105 and 6125 South Ash Ave in Tempe
