Built in 1925, the classic brick nine-story building features units averaging 455 sf in size. Originally designed as a hotel, Cornelius has a colorful past that includes hosting high-profile guests such as Elvis Presley during the era of the 1962 World’s Fair and the unveiling of the Space Needle.
The property is situated close to Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and Olympic Sculpture Park, with dining, nightlife, and cultural venues such as The Crocodile nearby.
