In a recent multifamily comp out of Washington, Village on Broadway, a 148-unit multifamily community in Spokane Valley, sold for $25.5 mil, or $ 172k/unit. The property is located at 12623 E Broadway Ave, south of I-90 and east of Pines Rd.

Built in 1996, Village on Broadway offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units with in-unit washers and dryers. Amenities include covered parking, a community garden, dog park, playground and community barbeque area.
Village on Broadway is a 15-minute drive to downtown Spokane and just minutes away from major employers, college universities, lifestyle and retail amenities.
CBRE’s Josh McDonald, Joe Nydahl and Jordan Louie represented the seller in the transaction.
