Work has been completed on Bond, an upscale office redevelopment in the heart of Phoenix’s Camelback Corridor. Located at 3200 E. Camelback Rd, Bond sits on the corner of 32nd St and Camelback Rd. The project is a development of George Oliver.
The project’s hospitality-centric approach includes a central atrium surrounded by office suites, coworking provided by Industrious, conferencing facilities, a state-of-the-art fitness wellness facility, billiards room and premier food and beverage offerings run by award-winning chef and entrepreneur Mark Tarbell.
Highlights of Bond include soaring, double-height volumes in the wellness center and 200-person training room, full excavation of the building’s atrium floor to create a private speakeasy hideaway called The Vault, and a glass-enclosed, 22-person boardroom suspended above a central three-story atrium, offering seating for collaboration and food and beverage service.
The building’s robust meeting amenities range from its oversized training room to a 14-room conferencing center, with spaces curated for a wide range of meeting requirements – including a fully outfitted podcast studio. Bond also boasts a two-story wellness center complete with spa-inspired men’s and women’s locker rooms, a dedicated yoga studio and a large gym filled with premium weights and state-of-the-art equipment.
Additional amenities at Bond include an on-site concierge, private networking events, mother’s rooms, a billiards and darts room, a dog patio, car detailing, and EV chargers. Leasing for Bond is being managed by JLL.
