Avelle, a new upscale apartment community at the gateway to Mountain View in the Bay Area, has been completed and is now open. The 203-unit project, situated in the heart of Silicon Valley, includes 30 affordable homes. It was developed by Sares Regis Group of Northern California and Stockbridge Capital Group.
Designed by architecture firm Studio T Square and constructed by SBI Builders, Avelle offers thoughtfully curated one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, each boasting sustainable features and contemporary finishes that provide a modern and luxurious living experience. Residents will also enjoy a curated suite of resort-style amenities, including a lap pool and jacuzzi, cutting-edge fitness center and yoga studio, multiple roof terraces, work from home conferencing center, and dedicated pet care facilities.
Located at Shoreline Blvd and Hwy 101, Avelle is strategically situated near the North Bayshore area, home to several of the world’s leading technology companies. Avelle also provides residents with convenient access to plentiful outdoor recreation opportunities and Mountain View’s bustling downtown.
The development entailed transforming six acres of surface parking lots into a dynamic mixed-use community. The project delivery consists of three distinct phases. The first two phases introduced a five-story parking garage and 203 homes, while the third and final phase will add an additional 100 homes.
