The Techbilt Companies has broken ground on Evolve, a brand new 67.7k sf, three-building campus in Carlsbad. The new Class A complex is situated within a 600-acre master-planned development surrounded by over 350 acres of open space in the burgeoning Carlsbad market.
Evolve is desirably located on Whiptail Loop at Faraday Ave within the prestigious Carlsbad Oaks North Business Park. The space is spread across a 17.4k sf Building A, a 20.3k sf Building B and a 30k sf Building C, which may be leased in full or potentially demised.
Evolve’s modern design features emphasize flexible functionality, employee wellbeing and the surrounding open spaces. The project has been designed to be demised for up to eight tenants and allows for each space to have its own shaded private patio/outdoor space and lunch area directly adjacent to the space. The campus is also proximate to the McClellan Palomar Airport and is also conveniently located to the San Diego International Airport.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Conor Boyle and Tyler Stemley are teaming up with the Cuthbert Industrial Team at Colliers to lead leasing efforts for the project.

Evolve is the first of three new developments that The Techbilt Companies will be bringing to the Carlsbad market within the next two years. With the completion of these last three developments at Carlsbad Oaks North, The Techbilt Companies will have been the developer or master developer responsible for bringing more than 2 msf of R&D, industrial, and office space to the Carlsbad Business Park across their Oaks North, Oaks West, and Oaks East developments.
