Construction of Zia, a five-story, wrap-style apartment development from MBK Rental Living in central Orange County, has been finished and the project is now available for leasing. Offering upscale living with easy access to downtown Anaheim, Interstate 5, and Disneyland, Zia comprises 315 apartments offering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from approximately 600 sf to 1.9k sf.
