Construction of Jamul Hotel, a $270 mil hospitality project accompanying the Jamul Casino in San Diego County, has just topped out with the final beam placement. The development is being built by C.W. Driver Companies. The design partner is JCJ Architecture.
The all-new 16-story, 254k sf development is located at 14145 Campo Rd in Jamul. The site is adjacent to Hwy 94 (Campo Rd), roughly 20 miles east of San Diego. The project is being developed by The Jamul Indian Village Development Corporation (JIVDC), a wholly-owned enterprise of the Jamul Indian Village Tribe.
The new hotel will feature luxury amenities, including an upscale restaurant, speakeasy bar, resort spa, banquet space, and rooftop pool. When completed in the spring of 2025, the hotel will boast 200 guestrooms, including 52 suites, and have ample room for guests with a 350-space parking structure.
