AMCAL Housing, Gortikov Capital has obtained a $101 mil refi loan on The Clarendon, a 335-unit, Class A multifamily property in the western San Fernando Valley community of Woodland Hills.
Developed in 2020, The Clarendon offers luxury living with top-tier amenities, including a resort-style pool and spa, basketball court, state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga and spin rooms, and a business center. The units feature in-unit washers and dryers, Nest-controlled central cooling and heating, keyless entry, walk-in closets, and more.
The Clarendon is located at 22121 Clarendon St, west of Topanga Canyon Blvd on the south side of the 101 Fwy. The property is in a quiet neighborhood just north of Ventura Blvd, providing convenient access to the 101 Frwy, as well as the shops and restaurants of Ventura Boulevard and Warner Center, the economic and employment hub of the San Fernando Valley.
Bryan Gortikov with Gortikov Capital arranged the two-year, floating-rate senior bridge loan. It was funded through a US-based debt fund.
