These new retailers will be joined by Grilled Fraiche fusion cuisine by South Los Angeles’ Peace Love Reedburg, a second location for family-owned Inglewood-based juice bar Antojitos Martin, and Red Bay Coffee by Keba Konte, a renowned artist and successful food entrepreneur.
When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a 300-room hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890k sf, up to 5 msf of creative office space and more than 25 acres of public parks and open space. SoFi Stadium is the centerpiece of the development and, in addition to being the home of the NFL’s Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, it will host the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2028 Olympics. Together with the adjacent YouTube Theater, the two venues hold over 250 annual events.
