A 148-room Wingate by Wyndham Hotel in Inglewood traded hands in a $23.67 mil transaction. The property, located at 10300 La Cienega Blvd, near Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), fetched $159.9k per key. The buyer was Irvine-based Greens Inc.
The facility offers a fitness center, a 24-hour business center, conference space, a computer station, free parking and laundry service. Situated just 2.5 miles from the airport, Wingate by Wyndham Los Angeles International Airport LAX is only a five-minute drive from Kia Forum and SoFi Stadium.
Matt Orville, Marshal Vogt, and Jaimeson Hearne of Lee & Associates represented the seller, a family trust that had owned the hotel for 23 years and was looking to divest out of California. Vanessa Herzog, also with Lee & Associates, provided a referral to the listing team.
