A six-building, two-property portfolio totaling 233.8k sf of space in Phoenix’ Southeast Valley sold for $63.2 mil in a sale. The two properties are currently home to a well-established charter school in the Southeast Valley. The school plans to fully NNN leaseback both campuses for 15 years.
The first campus includes three two-story buildings on the southwest corner of West Melody Ave and North Monterey St in Gilbert, AZ. The property totals 141.6k sf across three buildings on 16.7 acres. The buildings range in size from 42k sf to 38.8k sf.
The second property is located south of the Gilbert campus at 4567 West Roberts Rd in Queen Creek, AZ. The two-building campus is situated on the northwest corner of West Roberts Rd and North Thompson Rd and is surrounded by 10 acres of extra land for future developments. The buildings are 50.1k sf and 42k sf.
Both campuses feature state-of-the-art facilities, including gymnasiums, media centers, music rooms, multiple technology and science labs, and a playground.
