Fresno Apartment Property Sells for $124k per Unit

9/29/26

An 18-unit multifamily property in Fresno sold in a deal that works out to $124k per unit. The 18.3k sf property sits on 0.83 acres at 1550 W. Swift Ave.

The three-building community offers two-bedroom/two-bathroom units featuring in-unit laundry hookups, updated plumbing, updated lighting fixtures and central air conditioning. Residents also benefit from amenities such as a community swimming pool and a two-car garage per unit.

Located in Fresno’s Bullard submarket, the community offers access to several prominent retail destinations, including River Park Shopping Center, Fig Garden Village and Fashion Fair Mall. The property is also located near local academic institutions like Fresno State as well as Fresno City College.

Robin Kane and Brendan Kane with Northmarq represented the seller — a Colorado based family office — in the transaction. The buyer was a local family office. The Kanes tell us that the property presented the perfect opportunity for re-positioning in a strong location with positive rent growth.
