Dallas-based Trinsic Residential Group acquired a 5.83-acre redevelopment site in Wheat Ridge, CO. The firm plans to develop a 335-unit Class A multifamily community with modern amenities on the site.
Located at 10101 W. Interstate 70 Frontage Rd. N, the land had previously been home to the American Motel, originally built in 1975. The motel closed in mid-2025 and the demolition was completed earlier this year.
The planned project represents a new investment in Wheat ridge’s hotel district and will add a residential population near existing services.
Martin Roth and Eric Roth of CBRE represented the seller, Terrapin Investments, an investment firm specializing in owning and managing hotel properties nationwide.
