Trinity Lutheran Church Property in Everett, WA Listed for Sale

8/21/26

Trinity Lutheran Church in Everett, WA has listed for sale its historic 13.7k sf church property located on 0.4 acres at 2324 Lombard Ave. The listing consists of a 9.6k sf church space and a 4.1k sf administration building.

Designed by prominent Seattle architecture firm Bebb and Gould, the historic sanctuary has served generations of worshippers and community members. Features include sanctuary seating for approximately 200, classrooms, offices, large meeting rooms, two kitchens, fellowship and dining halls, ADA lifts, a garden, approximately 18 parking stalls, and additional street parking.

The property is adjacent to Clark Park and near downtown Everett, Everett High School, and North Middle School. The church portion dates to the early 1920s, with additions completed in 1940 and 1969.

For more than a century, Trinity has been a place of worship, inclusion, and service. Organized in 1904 as St. Paul Lutheran Church, it became Trinity English Lutheran Church in 1914 and was Everett’s first Lutheran congregation to worship in English rather than serve a specific immigrant community. In 2009, Trinity became a Reconciling in Christ congregation, publicly affirming its welcome to LGBTQ+ people.

Today, the property provides safe and affordable meeting space for 12-step recovery groups and houses a weekly aid bank for neighbors in need. Narcotics Anonymous and other recovery groups have met there since 1979, and the aid bank distributes food, clothing, toiletries, blankets, and other essentials every Friday.

Kidder Mathews Senior Vice President Steve Pelluer and Associate Vice President Zeke Pelluer are representing the congregation in the sale of the property. An asking price was not given out.
