A Washington-based private investment firm paid $22.5 mil for Go Go Heights Apartments, a 178-unit ($126.4k/unit) garden-style multifamily community in Spokane, WA. The property is located at 7024 N. Colton St, north of Francis Ave and west of Hwy 395.
Constructed in 1989, Go Go Heights Apartments offer residents a mix of two- and three-bedroom units featuring hardwood laminate flooring, walk-in closets, in-unit fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and private balconies. Other amenities include high-speed internet, indoor parking and a sparkling pool.
Located on Spokane's North Side, Go Go Heights benefits from convenient access to retail, dining and public transportation, as well as proximity to major employment hubs throughout the metro. Residents are also served by several local schools, including Linwood Elementary School, Salk Middle School and Shadle Park High School.
Tyler Smith, Steve Fischer, Joe Kinkopf and Brendan Greenheck with Northmarq represented the seller, LC Gogo Heights LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was c702 LLC.
The transaction reflects continued investor interest in well-located multifamily assets throughout the Pacific Northwest, particularly properties that offer scale and long-term value in growing regional markets.
