Cosic Logistics Expands into Additional 164k sf of Logistics Space in Avondale, AZ

8/13/26

Cosic Logistics inked an expansion lease for an additional 164k sf of space in Avondale, AZ. The deal boosts Cosic’s total footprint at Building 3 of the 101 at Van Buren industrial campus to 265k sf, bringing the building to full occupancy.

The facility, located at 10210 W. Van Buren St, features 36-foot clear heights, a cross-dock configuration, 100% air-conditioned warehouse space, roughly 36 dock positions, 18 in-pit mechanical pit levelers with 40,000-pound capacity, an ESFR fire sprinkler system, and immediate access to Interstate 10 and major regional arterials.

Trevor McKendry, Executive Vice President at DAUM’s Phoenix office, represented Cosic Logistics in the lease transaction alongside DAUM Executive Vice President Chris Rogers, Associate Vice President Beau Citron, Associate Vice President Nick Reinhardt, and Associate Nick Fajardo. Cosic is a third-party logistics, warehousing, distribution and transportation firm.

“We grew Cosic Logistics into approximately 101,000 square feet of space at the building in 2022, and their decision to take the remaining space in Building 3 as it became available speaks to the strength of its operations at this location, which positions the company to serve the fast-growing manufacturing and semiconductor supply chain expanding along the Interstate 10 and Loop 101 corridor,” says McKendry.

The transaction also underscores continued demand for modern Class A distribution space in Phoenix’s Southwest Valley submarket, which maintained direct vacancy below 10% in the second quarter amid a continued pipeline of large-scale industrial development activity in the sector, according to Reinhardt.
