Buzz Oates has broken ground on a Class A, 558k sf logistics and distribution facility in Sacramento. The project - Titan Logistics Center – represents the 14th building built by Buzz Oates within Metro Air Park, a 1,900-acre master-planned business park located in Sacramento County, just east of Sacramento International Airport.
The project will be the largest speculative warehouse to be built in the last three years in the region. Designed for maximum operational throughput, the expansive property features state-of-the-art building specifications tailored to high-performance distribution requirements. Features of the Titan Logistics Center include:
• High-capacity clear heights: 40’ clear heights to optimize vertical storage capabilities.
• Robust dock loading: extensive dock-high and grade-level doors for seamless freight processing.
• Advanced fire safety: fully integrated ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) fire sprinkler systems.
• Sustainable operations: energy-efficient LED lighting, abundant natural skylights, and EV-ready charging infrastructure.
• Additional land for parking or yard: The site offers an additional 9.7 acres of land adjacent to the building for additional employee parking, trailer parking or storage yard.
Construction is scheduled for completion in June of 2027. The facility, to be marketed for lease, will offer flexible configuration options for single-tenant enterprise operations or scaled multi-tenant logistics strategies. Cushman and Wakefield has been retained as the sole leasing agent for the project.
