DCI International Spends $31 Mil on OR Industrial Pick-Up

7/28/26

DCI International purchased a 205.1k sf industrial and manufacturing facility in Wilsonville, OR in a $31 mil ($151/sf) deal. The acquisition will enable DCI, one of the world's leading dental equipment manufacturers, to consolidate regional operations spread across multiple separate facilities into a single, larger manufacturing hub that will double as its new headquarters.

The property is located at 26440 SW Parkway Ave, within the Parkway Woods Business Park along Interstate 5. The 24.8-acre property features warehouse and manufacturing space, office and laboratory components, several dock-high loading positions, ample parking and trailer storage.

Newmark Managing Director Mark Hush and Associate Director Jack Ward represented the buyer in the transaction. The deal represents a significant strategic milestone for DCI, following its recent acquisition by Japan-based Nakanishi Inc in 2023.

“DCI's purchase and future relocation is a great example of companies making long-term commitments to the Portland region when the right opportunity becomes available," said Hush. "Large industrial buildings available for purchase are exceptionally scarce, and the landscape becomes even smaller when a user needs to remain near its existing workforce. This property checked all the critical boxes — location, scale, operational efficiency and room for future expansion — making it an ideal solution for DCI's next phase of growth."

The sale ranks among the larger industrial transactions completed in the Greater Portland market this year, and reflects continued investor and occupier interest in high-quality industrial assets despite limited availability and broader economic headwinds. According to Newmark research, Greater Portland’s industrial vacancy stood at 7.2% in the first quarter of 2026, while leasing activity rebounded to 2.2 msf, highlighting ongoing occupier demand for well-located facilities.
