Marketech International Corporation (MIC) has leased a 151.5k sf warehouse facility in Phoenix. The property is located at 950 West Rose Garden Lane in the city’s Deer Valley submarket.
MIC is a key contractor supporting Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and its massive fabrication campus in North Phoenix. The transaction underscores MIC's long-term commitment to the Phoenix market and its critical role in the semiconductor supply chain as TSMC continues to expand its Arizona operations.
Kidder Mathews Executive Vice Presidents Mike Ciosek and Eric Bell represented MIC, a leading Taiwanese technology service provider, in the transaction.
