Geoff Gonzalez has been appointed Market Leader for CBRE in San Jose. In this role, Gonzalez will guide strategic planning, business development, recruiting, transaction services, and both occupier and investor initiatives. His leadership will support CBRE’s continued growth in Silicon Valley and strengthen the firm’s ability to deliver integrated, data driven solutions to clients navigating one of the most dynamic commercial real estate markets globally.
Gonzalez brings a unique blend of leadership experience, market intelligence, and client focused execution. Prior to stepping into management, he specialized in agency leasing throughout Silicon Valley, completing more than 2 msf of transactions totaling $1 bil in value. His deep understanding of the region’s complex market dynamics and evolving client needs has positioned him as a trusted advisor to owners and occupiers alike.
Gonzalez joined CBRE in 2018, leading the firm’s local Research department, where he built a foundation of data driven insights that continue to inform his strategic approach. His ability to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies has elevated performance across teams and enhanced CBRE’s advisory capabilities throughout the region.
Gonzalez will focus on expanding CBRE’s market position, fostering talent, and advancing integrated solutions that support clients across the technology, life sciences, and innovation sectors that define the region.
