Nventric inked a long-term lease for 13.6k sf of office space in Monrovia, relocating from Arcadia. The firm, a medical device developer, will take two suites at 1333 South Mayflower Ave, between Huntington Dr and the 210 Fwy.
Tom Sexton, Vice President in NAI Capital Commercial's Office Advisory Group, represented the tenant alongside co-broker Michael Arnold of AHG. The landlord, Chase Mayflower, was represented by Natalie Bazarevitsch of CBRE.
"Monrovia continues to attract forward-thinking companies, and Nventric is a great addition to an already impressive roster of technology, healthcare, and corporate users," said Sexton. "The city's proximity to leading research institutions, access to a highly skilled workforce, and competitive operating costs made it an ideal fit for our client's growth objectives."
Located approximately 10 miles from Pasadena, 14 miles from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and 20 miles from Downtown Los Angeles, Monrovia offers companies strategic access to Southern California's innovation economy while maintaining a lower cost of occupancy than many neighboring markets.
The Huntington Drive corridor has evolved into one of the San Gabriel Valley's most active centers for life sciences, medical technology, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing companies. Anchored by institutions such as City of Hope's Beckman Research Institute and supported by a growing concentration of research-oriented businesses, the corridor continues to attract companies seeking proximity to talent, innovation, and industry collaboration.
