There have been four tenant signings -- totaling 25k sf at 20 Greenway Plaza, a 433.1k sf, Class A office building owned by Stockdale Capital in Houston. These latest deals bring total leasing activity at the property over the past nine months to more than 132k sf of space.
The new tenants include two rapidly growing large-scale utility power companies: BrightNight Power, a next-generation power and digital infrastructure company based in West Palm Beach, FL, which will occupy 8.8k sf on the 10th floor; and PowerTransitions, a Houston-based company that acquires and rejuvenates operating and retired power generation and industrial facilities, which will occupy 8.3k sf on the 8th floor.
In addition, Nosh Franchise Inc, a tech-focused health-conscious meal delivery business, has leased 4.2k sf on the 3rd floor and AB Commodities, which finances, stores, and transports essential bulk materials such as crude oil, refined petroleum, liquefied natural gas, will occupy 3.7k sf on the buildings ground floor.
Located at the northwest corner of Norfolk and Cummins streets, the building features a distinctive stair-stepped architecture and black reflective glass envelope. The property provides regional connectivity via immediate access to Hwy 59, the Westpark Toll Road, and the 610 Loop, while offering occupiers walkable access to nearby retail, dining, and entertainment districts.
The WiredScore Platinum-certified building features large floor plates, redundant power feeds, backup generators, raised flooring flexibility, and EV charging infrastructure. Recent capital improvements and on-site tenant amenities include a newly delivered game room, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a cafe, flexible conferencing spaces, and outdoor collaborative areas, all supported by a high-ratio parking footprint.
As Houston continues to be recognized as the global energy capital, our new leases at 20 Greenway feature two of the fastest-growing private-equity backed large-scale utility power companies in BrightNight Power and PowerTransitions, said Leo Divinsky, Managing Director, Head of Office at Stockdale Capital Partners.
The transactions were completed with the following tenant representatives:
BrightNight Power Eric Anderson, Evelyn Ward and Avery McGahee, Transwestern
PowerTransitions Dan Boyles, Partners
