LW Land Group has purchased 310 acres in Buckeye, AZ for $2.8 mil. The land, located at the northwest corner of Woods Rd and US 85, is strategically positioned within one of Arizona's fastest-growing energy and infrastructure corridors and is expected to be developed for solar and energy-related uses. The buyer acquired the site with plans to capitalize on the region's increasing demand for renewable energy development.
The sale highlights the continued growth of Buckeye as a key destination for industrial, infrastructure, and energy investment. With significant development activity occurring throughout the region, including major utility and power projects, large land assemblages continue to attract developers seeking strategic locations for long-term investment.
Rommie Mojahed and Kevin Smith with CRE8 Advisors represented both parties in the transaction.
According to LW Land Group, several groups have already expressed interest in the property for future energy and solar projects, underscoring the growing demand for large-scale land sites capable of supporting Arizona's expanding power and infrastructure needs.
"This transaction reflects the increasing demand we're seeing for land positioned to support Arizona's growing energy infrastructure," said Mojahed, Partner at CRE8 Advisors. "Buckeye continues to emerge as a major hub for industrial growth, renewable energy investment, and large-scale development projects. As Arizona's population and business base continue to expand, sites like this will play an important role in meeting future energy demands."
