Flow Control Group (FCG) agreed to a 10-year lease for 61.9k sf of industrial space in Grand Prairie, TX. The space is located at 3550 N Highway 161, just south of Rock Island Rd.
Built in 2024, the space will serve as both an assembly and warehouse facility for FCG with full move-in anticipated for July 1, 2026. This new space represents a consolidation of four operational locations across the DFW region.
Avison Young Principal Mike B. Kennedy and Associate Chet Hall represented FCG, a major North American distributor and service provider specializing in flow control, fluid handling, and industrial automation. The landlord, Molto Properties, was represented by Kacy Jones, Steve Koldyke, and Brian Gilchrist of CBRE. Gordon Highlander took care of tenant improvements for Flow Control Group.
