Orion180 Insurance agreed to a new lease for 22.2k sf of space at Lone Peak 6, an office building located at 170 W Election Road within the Lone Peak Center Campus in Draper, UT. Orion180 is a technology-focused insurance group that provides flexible, customer-centric homeowners and flood insurance solutions across 14 states.
The eight-building Lone Peak Center Campus is designed to accommodate a range of business needs. The property offers flexible floor plans and contemporary amenities that support both productivity and employee well-being. Recent improvements and proactive management by Oaktree have positioned Lone Peak Center as a competitive option in the local office market. The building’s infrastructure supports modern business operations and is suited for companies seeking a strategic location in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Dana Baird and Mike Richmond represented the landlord, Oaktree, in the transaction. Jesse Mangum, Melina Miramontes, Matt Heidelbaugh and Charlie Beck of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
