Cushman & Wakefield’s Phil Haenel, Will Strong and Foster Bundy represented the buyer in the deal. Jason Moore and Steve Larsen at JLL represented the seller. C&W’s Haenel, Bundy and Justin Smith have been retained to lease the property, which has 44.3k sf available.
