Cica-Huntek Chemical Technology USA Corp paid $8.06 mil for a 25.9k sf ($311/sf) industrial property in Phoenix. The property sits on 1.5 acres of land at 1654 W. Knudsen Drive, east of I-17 and north of Hwy 101.
The site is situated in a thriving and strategic part of Phoenix, offering a functional industrial layout well-suited for manufacturing, assembly, and distribution operations. Its location provides convenient access to major transportation routes and places Cica-Huntek within a rapidly expanding cluster of semiconductor and advanced manufacturing companies.
Cica-Huntek, a key vendor supporting TSMC, has secured this property to expand its U.S. operations and strengthen its ability to serve the rapidly growing semiconductor ecosystem in North Phoenix. The acquisition positions the company in close proximity to TSMC’s cutting-edge fabrication facilities, allowing for improved logistics, efficiency, and responsiveness.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Kitlica and John Pompay represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller was AWDVI, LLC.
“
This transaction reflects the continued momentum we’re seeing in the semiconductor supply chain across the Phoenix market,” said Pompay. “Cica-Huntek’s decision to invest in this location underscores the long-term demand driven by TSMC and its network of suppliers.”
