Nordic PCL Construction has been named general contractor for The North Shore Club, a private res community on Oahu’s iconic North Shore. Vertical construction is underway on the project as the first residences take shape.
Developed by Areté Collective, the community features beachfront residences, championship golf, shoreline wellness amenities, and curated outdoor programming within a design-led, private club setting at Turtle Bay. Rooted in respect for Hawaii’s land and culture, the community sits adjacent to more than 500 acres of protected conservation land, between the shores of Kaihalulu Bay and the Koolau Mountains, and is envisioned as a generational retreat where members experience elevated living shaped by hospitality, stewardship, and a deep sense of place.
The North Shore Club’s initial release is limited to just 20 residences, with the first homes in this phase anticipated for completion in 2027, and pricing starting from $5.9 mil. Construction activity is visible across the site as residential structures rise and core infrastructure is completed, signaling meaningful progress for one of the North Shore’s most anticipated private club communities. The private beachfront community is emerging as a limited residential enclave where golf, ocean-based recreation, and multigenerational living come together within one of Hawaii’s most iconic coastal landscapes. A phased rollout of amenities centered on wellness, outdoor pursuits, and community connection is advancing in parallel with the residential program.
The North Shore Club’s residential buildings are designed for modern island living, with expansive indoor-outdoor spaces, open-plan layouts, and elevated vantage points that capture ocean, golf, and mountain views. Each structure offers spacious three- and four-bedroom layouts and expansive six-bedroom penthouse configurations, with dedicated ground-floor parking and storage. The buildings incorporate concrete, masonry, and structural steel systems to ensure long-term resilience in a coastal setting while maintaining a refined architectural expression aligned with the North Shore landscape.
