Stack’s Bowers Galleries, America’s oldest rare coin and precious metal auctioneer & dealer, has signed a 4.8k sf ground floor lease at the historic Mills Building in San Francisco. The building is located at 333 Pine St, on the northwest side of Market St, a few blocks west of the Embarcadero. The new retail store is expected to open in June.
Founded in 1933, Stack’s Bowers Galleries is renowned for record-breaking auction results as well as being one of the largest, rare coin and bullion dealerships in the country. They specialize in U.S., world, and ancient coins, tokens, medals, currency, and gold, silver and platinum bullion offering tailored services for seasoned collectors, novice enthusiasts, and astute investors.
The Swig Company, the property owner, was represented by Ali McEvoy of Maven Retail. Stack’s Bowers Galleries was repped by Peter Joyce of Stream Realty.
The Mills Building is a historic landmark in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District.
