Shops at Dublin Commons, an unanchored, 34.1k sf strip retail center in Colorado Springs, CO, traded in a deal worth $20.5 mil ($601/sf). Located at 5925 and 5935 Dublin Blvd, the center was built in 2016 and 2018, respectively, and sits in a high-profile location at the intersection of Powers Blvd and Dublin Blvd.
Parker Brown, Matthew Henrichs, and Brad Lyons of CBRE represented the seller, John Winsor with Olive Real Estate Partners, in the transaction.
“The Shops at Dublin Commons is ideally positioned within the Powers Blvd retail corridor, one of the dominant retail trade areas in the Colorado Springs market,” said CBRE’s Brown. “Unanchored strip centers have emerged as one of the most sought-after retail assets in today’s marketplace, and we’ve witnessed investment activity becoming increasingly competitive.”
Overall sales volume for Colorado Springs’ retail market in H2 2025 totaled $205.4 mil, a 28.6% increase from H1 2025, according to CBRE research. This brought the total for the year to $365.1 mil.
