Situated in Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle, the four story, steel and glass building sits on a highly visible corner lot directly across from Angel Stadium, near the Honda Center and OC Vibe. The property is well leased, providing diversified in place income with evenly staggered rollover.
CBRE’s Anthony DeLorenzo, Sammy Cemo and Bryan Johnson represented the institutional seller in the transaction.
