Building Block Foundation Fund will hold its annual charity fundraiser on August 26 on the sand at Newport Dunes. Considered a must attend event for the commercial real estate community, this year’s event is themed Endless Summer to reflect its fantastic beachfront vibe.
Proceeds from the event support Building Block’s long time charity partners Project Access, Hope Ignites Southern California, Everfree, Joyful Child Foundation, Kidworks, Orangewood Children’s Foundation, HomeAid and Hope Builders.
Last year, over 60 corporate sponsors participated in the event to demonstrate their leadership and community support. Through these collective sponsors, donors and volunteers, Building Block has now raised over $3 mil to support local charity programs that directly impact the lives of at-risk youth making a difference in areas such as education, housing, mentorship, and protection from exploitation.
Building Block is honored to announce that CapRock Partners has returned as the event’s title sponsor. “This is such a unique fundraiser in that we are able to support the vital work of these local charities but also enjoy an evening with CRE industry friends, coworkers and peers. We’re proud to support this event and its work and encourage other companies to join with us for a great night,” shared CapRock Partners Executive Vice President Bob O’Neill.
Building Block has been celebrating annually for more than 10 years in honor of its charity partners. For 2026, the Endless Summer charity fundraiser will feature live music, savory food, cocktails and lots of commercial real estate industry networking.
Building Block Foundation Fund is a philanthropic organization formed to enable commercial real estate professionals and companies to give back in a meaningful way.
