ASC Process Systems inked a new 80.3k sf industrial lease at 28144 Witherspoon Parkway in Valencia. The facility, located at 28144 Witherspoon Pkwy, is owned by Westcore.
ASC is a leading manufacturer of advanced composite processing equipment serving the aerospace and advanced manufacturing sectors. The lease supports ASC’s operational expansion and reinforces the growing presence of aerospace-related users in the submarket. The deal represents the firm’s fourth facility in the Santa Clarita Valley, bringing the company’s total manufacturing space to over 300k sf.
Situated in Valencia’s established industrial corridor, 28144 Witherspoon Pkwy offers access to major regional transportation networks, proximity to greater Los Angeles, and a skilled labor base—attributes that continue to resonate with users seeking efficient, scalable facilities.
Colliers industrial experts, Executive Vice Presidents Matt Dierckman, David Harding, and Greg Geraci, along with Senior Vice President Billy Walk and Senior Associate Kevin Carroll, represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction.
Industrial leasing activity in the Santa Clarita Valley has largely skewed toward renewals over the past several quarters, making new, larger-sized lease transactions increasingly rare.
