MayAir, a Malaysia-based company, has agreed to a long-term lease for 54.8k sf of industrial space in Buckeye, AZ. The firm will use the facility, located at 18815 W. McDowell Rd, for its first U.S. manufacturing location as it expands operations to support the growing semiconductor sector in the region.
MayAir, a global leader in air filtration and cleanroom solutions, will utilize the new facility to support the supply chain for TSMC’s chip fabrication plant and other advanced manufacturing clients. The company’s expansion into the U.S. market underscores the increasing demand for specialized manufacturing and supply chain solutions in the semiconductor industry.
8815 W McDowell Rd features a modern industrial design, offering flexible space for production, warehousing and distribution. Located in Buckeye, the property provides convenient access to major transportation corridors including Interstate 10, facilitating efficient distribution throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area and beyond. The site is strategically positioned to serve the growing industrial and technology sectors in the region, with proximity to major employers, a skilled labor pool and a range of amenities for employees.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Nik Vallens, Gary Anderson and Steve Mardian represented MayAir in the transaction.
