The surrounding area benefits from a growing business community and proximity to key industrial and commercial hubs.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jared Goodman, CCIM, SIOR and Anne Spry represented the seller, TMP NOCO Inc, in the transaction. Patrick O'Donnell of Realtec repped the buyer.
