PURE Insurance Signs Lease for 40k sf at Old Town Scottsdale Office Campus

PURE Insurance inked a lease for 40.3k sf of space at The Galleria, a two-building, creative office campus located at 4301– 4343 North Scottsdale Rd in Old Town Scottsdale. The transaction is the largest deal out of 73k sf of recent activity at the property.

PURE Insurance, a high-net worth personal lines insurer, will relocate its regional headquarters into their new space after executing a long-term lease with the property ownership, Stockdale Capital Partners. Under the terms of the lease, the company will occupy a portion of the second floor, joining notable tenants including TikTok U.S. Data Security, Indeed, AmTrust Financial, Concord Servicing, Mark-Taylor Residential and SPACES.

In other activity at The Galleria, Independence Home Loans, which signed a lease for 23k sf in March 2025, is taking an additional 23.1k sf, doubling its footprint in the project. In addition, data analysis and cybersecurity firm Varonis, also has renewed its 9.8k sf lease at the property.

Located at the prominent intersection of Scottsdale Rd and Drinkwater Blvd in Scottsdale’s Old Town Entertainment District, The Galleria is a 600k sf creative office campus spanning two low-rise buildings connected by a skybridge. Originally built in the late 1980s as a regional retail center, the property was converted to office use in the mid 2000s. Stockdale, which acquired the property in 2013, recently completed a state of the-art fitness center and high tech conference facility, complementing existing amenities such as outdoor patios, interior “skyboxes,” atrium meeting spaces, and the fast casual eatery Comoncy Café.

The Galleria, a LEED-Gold certified property, is also among the first WiredScore Gold–certified office projects in Arizona. WiredScore is the industry recognized benchmark for evaluating digital connectivity and smart building technology. The project features redundant power, industry leading fiber connectivity and telecom infrastructure.

In addition to its onsite building amenities, The Galleria offers walkable access to a myriad of shopping, entertainment, dining, and resort destinations within Old Town Scottsdale.
