Constructed in 2002, the building sits on a 1.51-acre lot at 6773 W Bell Rd, along the Bell Road retail corridor near Arrowhead Towne Center, a 1.2 msf shopping mall. The site benefits from strong traffic counts of approximately 70,233 vehicles per day at the intersection and is situated within a densely populated trade area with over 322,000 residents in a five-mile radius. The surrounding area offers convenient access to shopping, dining and entertainment, making it a prime location for retail investment in the Greater Phoenix area.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Chris Hollenbeck and Shane Carter represented the seller, WM Grace Companies, in the transaction.
