Ground Floor Retail Space Remains Available for Lease at Upscale Office to Res Conversion Project in Phoenix’s Uptown District

We’ve learned that there remains 11k sf of ground-floor retail space still available for lease at One Camelback, a 163-unit office to luxury residential project in Phoenix’s Uptown district. The project, owned by Kinella Capital, is located at the prominent intersection of Central Ave and Camelback Rd.

Still under construction, One Camelback will include a five-level subterranean parking garage along with the res units and retail space. The property is steps from the Camelback Light Rail Station, providing direct access to Uptown, Midtown, Downtown Phoenix and Tempe, and is adjacent to Uptown Plaza, a premier retail destination offering diverse dining, coffee and lifestyle options.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Brent Mallonee are marketing the retail space on behalf of Kinella Capital.
