Shops at Falcon Landing, a 61.6k sf, unanchored strip center in Colorado Springs, was acquired by Curbline. The price was not disclosed.
Located at 7395 N. Academy Blvd, north of Woodman Rd, the Shops at Falcon Landing consists of three strip buildings leased to a mix of food & beverage, health & wellness, financial services, and general retail-based tenants. The property sits on 7.75 acres and has 454 parking spaces.
Parker Brown, Matthew Henrichs and Brad Lyons of CBRE’s National Retail Partners - Mountain represented the sellers, Kevin Kratt and John Winsor, in the transaction.
Overall sales volume for Colorado Springs’ retail market in H1 2025 totaled $159.7 mil, a 19.3% increase year-over-year, according to CBRE Research.
