Rosemead Properties Inc paid $2.53 mil for an 8.9-acre commercial land parcel located at the southwest corner of Jackrabbit Trail and Encanto Blvd in Buckeye, AZ.
Positioned within half a mile of Interstate 10 and near the new Banner Health facility at Verrado, the site sits along the rapidly growing Jackrabbit Corridor—an area that has attracted significant commercial activity, including major retailers such as Fry’s. With several new employment centers planned within a five-mile radius, the property offers strong long-term potential for commercial development.
Brian Rosella of Kidder Mathews represented the seller, Mountain States Exchange LLC, as Intermediary FBO La Familia Management LLLP, in the exclusive listing assignment.
