Revelation RE has purchased Hayden Corporate Center, a two-story, 55k sf multi-tenant office building in Scottsdale, AZ, for $10 mil ($182/sf). The property is located at 8283 North Hayden Rd, west of Hwy 101 and just north of East Via de Ventura.
Hayden Corporate Center features two wings adjoined by a two-story central lobby, offering average floor plates of 27.5k sf, narrow bay depths and ample window lines. New ownership plans to renovate the exterior and interior as well as upgrading several major building systems.
Hayden Corporate Center’s location in central Scottsdale provides immediate access to the Loop 101 Fwy. Talking Stick Entertainment District, which features over 6.3 msf of retail amenities within a three-mile radius, is situated just one mile to the east.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team of Eric Wichterman, Alexandra Loye, Chris Toci and Mike Coover, along with Office Leasing professionals Scott Boardman and Paige Blanzy, represented the seller, Hayden Corporate Center LLC, in the transaction.
