Atlantic Pearl Investments Inc has purchased Westlake Gardens, a Class A, two-building office campus in Thousand Oaks, for $19.25 mil, or $193/sf. The 99.5k sf asset is located at 2535 and 2555 Townsgate Rd, adjacent to the 101 Fwy at Westlake Blvd.
Westlake Gardens’ Class A construction, corporate-ready floorplates, and proximity to amenities and freeway access continue to make it an attractive option for companies seeking quality space in the Conejo Valley. The property provides an institutional-quality environment within the highly sought-after Thousand Oaks submarket, renowned for its strong demographic profile, executive housing, and business-friendly environment.
