The City of Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency paid $4 mil for a vacant 12.3k sf industrial building in downtown Las Vegas. The building sits on .61 acres at 300 N Las Vegas Blvd, on the hard corner of Las Vegas Blvd and Stewart Ave.
The property is near the Fremont East Entertainment District, known for its vibrant nightlife, diverse dining options, and unique shopping experiences. The site is just a short distance from popular attractions such as the Fremont Street Experience, the Mob Museum, and the Neon Museum.
Chris Lexis, James Griffis and Joe Leavitt with Avison Young represented the seller, the Estate of Tony Hsieh. The Estate prioritized finding a buyer who would carry on Tony Hsieh’s vision to revitalize the downtown Las Vegas community, particularly the East Fremont area.
“We are pleased to have sold this industrial property to the City of Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency. This transaction stands as another testament to the City’s vision and commitment to moving East Fremont forward. Once a creative warehouse space, the property’s mixed-use zoning opens exciting opportunities for future development that aligns with the City’s continued revitalization of the area,” said Lexis.
