Conor Commercial Real Estate, along with their capital partner, Globe Corporation, won the auction for a 40-acre parcel of land at East Deer Valley Drive and North 7th St in Phoenix. The auction took place on September 23 with a minimum bid of $18.9 mil and a winning bid of $24.7 mil.
“Winning this auction represents a significant milestone for Conor as we continue to expand our footprint in high-growth markets like Phoenix,” commented Sven Tustin, Chief Growth Officer at Conor. “This site offers an exceptional opportunity to deliver a modern, flexible industrial development that meets the evolving needs of today’s users.”
Conor has plans to build a 453.7k sf industrial development with four buildings ranging from 88.5k sf to 167k sf. The buildings will be designed for light distribution, assembly, or advanced manufacturing with 32- to 36-foot clear heights, a minimum of 3000-amp electrical service for each building, oversized drive-in doors, and abundant employee parking.
Construction of the development is expected to begin early in the second quarter of 2026 with completion planned for late in the second quarter of 2027. McShane Construction Company and Ware Malcomb will provide design-build services and Kimley-Horn will provide civil engineering services.
