Completed in 2019, Inspira Arrowhead features independent living, assisted living and memory care services within a three-story, Class A building. The property is 90.9% occupied and offers on-site amenities, including various dining options, a theater, fitness center, pool, salon and barbershop, dog park, social outings, bocce ball and more.
The surrounding area, which boasts a population of more than 24,000 residents aged 65 and older and a median home value of $564k, is highly amenitized with major retail, dining and entertainment options, including The Village at Arrowhead, Arrowhead Town Center and the Bell Road Retail Corridor all nearby. Additionally, the property is about 30 minutes north of downtown Phoenix and is easily accessible to Hwy 101.
JLL’s Senior Housing Capital Markets team represented the seller, a fund managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group, and procured the confidential buyer. The firm also arranged non-recourse acquisition financing for the buyer through a regional bank. Cogir Senior Living has been retained by the buyer to continue operations at the property.
