Sprouts Farmers Market has signed a new 15-year lease for a 23.3k sf anchor space at Jurupa Valley Spectrum shopping center in Jurupa Valley. The center is located at 8032 Limonite Ave, east of Van Buren Blvd.
The new Sprouts will occupy a portion of a former movie theater that closed late last year and the store will join an already strong tenant line-up that includes Crunch Fitness, Big 5, Starbucks, AT&T, Walgreens. DaVita, Wingstop, T-Mobile, Verizon and others at the well-established center.
Jurupa Valley Spectrum is prominently positioned along Limonite Ave, a major east/west commercial corridor with traffic counts exceeding 37,000 cars per day. The property is surrounded by four signalized intersections, offering multiple convenient access points. The center also features ample parking and prominent pylon signage for tenant visibility. Within a 15-minute drive, the growing trade area encompasses more than 185,000 people with an average household income of over $116,000.

The grocer offers a broad assortment of products including organic, gluten-free, plant-based and non-GMO favorites. Headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, Sprouts operates more than 450 stores in 24 states nationwide. The new Jurupa Valley location is slated to open in 2026.
