Canvas Worldwide recently agreed to a new lease for 68.3k sf of office space in El Segundo. The deal, a relocation from its existing 36k sf space nearby in Playa Vista, is at 2330 Utah Ave, north of Rosecrans Ave between Sepulveda Blvd the 405 Fwy.
Canvas Worldwide is an independent media agency that provides innovative marketing solutions for brands looking to challenge conventional thinking and make their own bold strokes. Launched in 2015, the agency is dual headquartered in Los Angeles and New York, with regional offices in Chicago, Dallas, Denver, and Atlanta. Canvas Worldwide services world-class clients such as Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, Amazon MGM Studios, Edward Jones, McDonald's, Zillow and more.
Jason Fine and Blake Searles with JLL represented Canvas Worldwide in the deal. The landlord, NSB Inc, represented itself. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
“As a creative company, it’s essential that we identified a space for Canvas Worldwide that is a unique building, with unique design elements that represents their culture, fosters collaboration, and accommodates its growth" said Fine. “2330 Utah Avenue is one-of-a-kind project designed by Frank Gehry offering 24-foot ceilings, large windows and, skylights that flood the space with natural light, efficient floor plate, and private outdoor space This also speaks to the fact that El Segundo is very much attractive for media and creative tenants.”
