Skyport Scottsdale, a 3.69-acre with three office-flex buildings totaling 40.1k sf and two airplane hangars totaling 3k sf in Scottsdale, was purchased by a private investor for $17.5 mil. Skyport Scottsdale is located at 7600 Redfield Rd in Scottsdale, and is one of the last remaining sites in the Scottsdale Airpark offering potential for direct or “through-the-fence” airport access.
Scottsdale Airpark submarket is an airport-based business park and is home to more than 25 national and regional corporations, 2,500 small- to medium-sized businesses and over 48,000 employees. The property is near Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons, two premier open-air, mixed-use developments in the heart of Scottsdale Airpark.
